Al is a proven business leader who has practiced law for over 40 years, the last 29 of them with the firm now known as Stamper Rubens, P.S. His practice emphasizes business and corporate issues, estate planning, and taxation.
A Spokane native and an active member of the Spokane community. He is a member of the Estate Planning Council. Al served on the Board of Hospice of Spokane for 8 years. Al is a member of Spokane Central Lion’s Club, served on the Board of Jewish Family Services and is an active member of Temple Beth Shalom.
